Day 1: Lake Manyara
You will be picked up in Arusha by our safari guide and driver. After a brief introduction, you will begin your journey, which takes approximately 3-4 hours to reach the entrance gate of Lake Manyara National Park. Upon arrival, you will embark on an exciting game drive, where you can marvel at the park’s rich bird life, including thousands of flamingos that flock to the lake at certain times of the year. Keep your eyes peeled for the rare tree-climbing lions that have made this park famous. After a thrilling adventure in the park, you will stop for lunch, enjoying a packed meal surrounded by nature. Following lunch, you will return to your accommodation for a relaxing evening, reflecting on the day’s wildlife encounters.
Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater
- After a hearty breakfast, you will set off for the magnificent Ngorongoro Conservation Area, just 30-60 minutes away. Here, you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive.
